Schedule and hold alignment meetings and obtain regular progress reports from suppliers to ensure delivery in alignment with supplier confirmation dates.

Handle interface between client and suppliers if new priority requests are provided that require additional expedite of suppliers beyond their confirmed delivery dates.

Prioritize instrumentation in alignment with site priorities provided by the client.

Expedite suppliers when necessary to support the onsite construction schedule.

Manage and coordinate component warranty returns, repairs and replacements within the operational window of MMS.

Tailored Documentation: Vendor Documentation Requirements (VDRs) are customized for each technical package, ensuring all specifications are covered.

Collaborative Approval: VDRs are reviewed and agreed upon by technical leads and suppliers before purchase orders are finalized.

Seamless Access: Documents are made available for review, comment, approval, or download through our digital management platform.

Streamlined Workflows: Post-award discussions refine approval processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Timely Approvals: Approval timelines for drawings and shipping documents are established collaboratively to avoid delays.
